As a Customer Success Manager at AdvisorBOB, Nafisa makes sure new customers feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed on the platform. She designs and improves onboarding processes, creates training materials, and simplifies complex tools so firms can hit the ground running. With a B.A. in Liberal Arts and an M.S. in Data Science, Nafisa blends technical know-how with a talent for teaching, helping customers turn challenges into opportunities.

When she’s not setting up clients for success, she enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and fishing. Nafisa is motivated by AdvisorBOB’s collaborative and transparent culture and finds it deeply rewarding to see the impact of her work on both the team and customers.
