Thomas Kucharczuk

Thomas is a Customer Success Manager at AdvisorBOB, where he helps onboard new clients, supports existing ones, and partners with the product team to roll out new features. He also owns the QA process and assists Virtual Admin clients. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and internships at both a chemical startup and a large RIA, Thomas brings a unique mix of technical and financial expertise to the table. Since joining AdvisorBOB in 2024, he’s helped implement new product functionality, automated comp workflows that save RIAs hours of manual work, and onboarded several large firms.

Outside of work, Thomas is all about recreational sports, fishing, beach time, and cheering on his Philly teams. He loves collaborating with a group that’s as driven and values-focused as he is.
