AdvisorBOB Spotlights: Rep IDs

Did you know AdvisorBOB’s Rep IDs tab allows firm administrators versatility when creating new rep IDs? AdvisorBOB provides multiple split models, which allow split rep IDs to be as dynamic as possible.

To create a new Rep ID, navigate to AdvisorBOB > Login > Rep IDs > + Rep IDs.

Split model: Simple

• This basic view allows you to establish as many advisors as needed for a new rep ID.
• Admin fees and adjustments can be applied to the primary advisor by selecting the check box in the top right corner.

Split model: Advanced

• This view allows dynamic and automated changes based on selections.
• For this split rep ID, if selected, the admin fees and adjustments will not be applied. If both are unselected, admin fees and adjustments are divided based on the split percentage.
