Our Vision

For the RIA Back Office

Our product allows Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) to move away from legacy products and custodians for compensation purposes. We provide administrators with a streamlined, accurate, and easy-to-use compensation solution that is scalable with their business.

For the Advisor

We provide advisors with a one-stop-shop compensation portal with line item-level detail on all their revenue streams. We work to have the transparency and accessibility of the software allow advisors to circumvent the advisory fee headaches and focus on what really matters – their clients.

Our Story

AdvisorBOB was founded when an executive at an existing Registered Investment Advisor got frustrated with calculating compensation fees in spreadsheets. The process was tedious, inaccurate, and unprofessional for an otherwise established RIA. The spreadsheet calculations were so time-consuming that they inhibited growth, especially for rapidly growing firms.

Advisor Book Of Business, known as AdvisorBOB, became the modern solution for RIA compensation models. We aimed to go beyond traditional billing software for financial advisors to provide full compensation visibility. Automated calculations and customizable solutions opened doors for RIAs to grow with accurate compensation they could count on.

Over time, AdvisorBOB has added more features and capabilities based on feedback from our users. We value our clients’ feedback and want to continue improving our product to enable their success. We’re committed to expanding our software development to become a full one-stop shop for RIA back offices.
